Last night I was invited to a French gastronomy restaurant, Pierre Orsi. I was surprised with the Decor from the outside, I felt like Christmas, party time. As we walked in to the restaurant, a guy in old fashion costume opened the door for you. Then we were welcomed by well-mannered staffs and they guided us to our table. I was so in love with the decor inside, elegant and effortless. Ps-i also in love with their toilet, omg!! What I admired the most was I felt like home, family dinner. And at the end of the dinner we got a visit from Mr. Orsi, the Chef!!!!
Talking about menu, we didn’t have to take one hour to think what we are going to chose because they made their menu so simple yet what they suggested were sublime, Mmmmm, I was so spoiled.
Salmon tartare was served while we were choosing our dishes… That was delicious.
I am amazed the foods were presented beautifully and so simple, clean. I know there were lots of work behind those simple dishes. By the way the taste were magical; lots of flavors. Gosh!!! I really appreciated my meals.
Here are some pictures I got from my last night dinner.
This is not a traditional sukiyaki from Japan. I love sukiyaki sauce which serves in Cambodia. I made it alot last week and last night I tried it as stir fried. It’s quite delicious, yet so easy to make. So what will be your excuse to not cooking? 😛 Gosh,,, this is the Paradise. I am so excited to share this recipe.
Here we need
A handful of Rice noodles ( soak in water till it turn soft. If you use fresh one even better)
A handful of bean sprouts
A pin of paprika or chilli
Vegetables oil or olive oil
Little bit water
Homemade sukiyaki sauce Here the recipe ( don’t use fish sauce if you are vegetarian )
How to make
Hit a large pan on a stove then put oil then you put the rice noodles in. Stir well, put little bit water to cook the noodles. Then put a full table spoon of sukiyaki sauce and keep stirring.
Wait until it’s almost cook, you can throw the bean sprouts in then follow by another 2 tbp of sukiyaki sauce ( or as much you need. Depend on you taste). Stir well!!!
Serve when it’s hot. You put little bit of paprika before serving. I use dried chilli. Some cashews to make this dish more fancy…
I love pizza and even more when it’s different. Well, these are really simple recipes which you can make at home with very little expense, yet it looks expensive and delicious. 😉

Hello Hello!!!! Such an honor to be invited by my friends who love cooking. I have such a great Sunday with great foods. OH gosh, What else should I expect?!
Today menu are amazing, what I could say was mmmmmmm,, so delicious! apéro as French called them, something you eat before your meal. I actually didn’t like Foie gras poelé but the one which my friend made was so so delicious!!! I share you one of my favorite food for today.
It’s actually so simple to make he gave me the tip to make it well.
after cutting your foie gras, you keep it in the freezer for about 15-20 mins. Then you heat up your pan. Wait until it’s really hot, you don’t need oil ( so cool )… Then put the Foie gras in the pan, turn over after 1 min or so and you serve on toast with little bit sea salt, that’s nothing you can say more than Oh gosh,,, the heaven is just in front of you…
There are so many more but this week is enough just for Foie gras Poelé 😉
